基本情况
刘捷，中山大学法学院副教授，硕士生导师。
主要研究涉外公法、国际经济法、国际法历史与理论，聚焦于国际法与行政法交叉及跨学科视角下的中国对外关系法治化。
在SSCI一区等国内外核心期刊发表论文，其中在Policy Sciences提出混合主权的“设计二元性”框架。参撰牛津大学出版社《中国国际法史》，专著《跨国行政执法》将由法律出版社出版。主持国家社科基金、教育部人文社科等项目。
教育背景
厦门大学法学与传播学双学士，南京大学国际法硕士，厦门大学国际法博士；曾为中国台湾东吴大学交换生、德国哥廷根大学联培生。
Biography
Jie Liu is an Associate Professor at Sun Yat-sen University School of Law.
She studies transnational public law and international law through institutional practice and critical legal approaches. Her research examines legal dynamics involving China: the tension between integration (trade, investment, cross-jurisdictional governance) and fragmentation (sanctions, extraterritoriality, hybrid security actors).
Her scholarship includes the "Designing Duality" framework for hybrid sovereignty in Policy Sciences, two Q1 SSCI articles and peer-reviewed publications, a chapter in Histories of International Law in China (Oxford University Press), and a forthcoming monograph Transnational Administrative Enforcement (Law Press China). She leads five nationally funded research projects on China's foreign-related rule of law.
